I am leaving my apartment as I am moving out of the country.
Looking for 1 replacement for 2 bedroom flat behind london eye and 5minutes from Westminster bridge. The area couldn’t be more central with all amenities less than a minute away at the same time being residential

Flatmate - you will be sharing the flat with 26 yr old female who is a lawyer. She is usually at work and sometimes does work from home.

The bills come out to be £100 per month

There is a deposit of £1250 initially and the contract will be made till March 2025. If you leave before March 2025 you need to find a replacement otherwise you can extend your contract after that.
