Hello, A I will be out of the house for 3 weeks for Christmas and new years' period, I am subletting my room in nine elms.

Flat is 7 min away from Battersea power station, which offers a large varieties of amenities AND an underground station. You also have access to Stockwell station in 20min walk / Vauxhall station in 3 0min walk, Battersea park Station in 13 min walk or Wandsworth road overground station in 20min walk.

All buses from Battersea power station deserve Vauxhall station and allows late night out as night bus are running every night between those 2 stations

Flat has shared bathroom and a toilet (separated), unfortunately no living room but we do have a dinning table in the ''shared area''.

Flat is filled with really easy going open minded people.
I would like someone mature, independent and respectful of the space.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED. Flat is on the 3rd floor with lift.
