The house:
The house is over 3 floors. With ground floor being bathroom, one bedroom & utility. Middle floor is three bedrooms & one bathroom. Upstairs is kitchen/living room. It is in a gated mews off offley road so is quite quiet but well located between Brixton and Clapham road.

The room:
It is a small double room which comes furnished with a wardrobe & 3/4 bed. There is space for a mirror/small desk (I bought a console table).
The three of us on the middle floor use that bathroom but you could always change to make it an even split.
The room has access to a terrace shared with one other flatmate.
New flatmate preferably not wfh every day due to the size of the room but there is space available upstairs if needs.

Flatmates :
👸🏼3 girls 21-25 all corporate jobs & mix of wfh & in the office, please be aware that other flatmates might be moving out after me, so you will be able to meet the new people moving in when they go.

Finances:
There is an application form that needs to be completed for which your salary has to be 30 x the monthly rent. This is non-negotiable & pls do not apply if you can’t fulfil this requirement.
Deposit is also £1132.25 (we split this equally when we moved in, since have been rent increases etc. but this will be the deposit price to transfer to me)
Room is £915 a month + bills
