I will be away for three months so I am subletting my cozy little room in Camberwell, just by Myatt‘s Field‘s Park.

23rd February - 24th May 2025
Dates are fixed, I am coming back on the 25th May.

WHAT? 🏠
A lovely little room in a 3 bedroom flat, big living room, bathroom, second toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. The room has an ottoman bed, chest of drawers and some hanging and shelves. Your room would be the smallest but my desk is in the living room and can be used for WFH easily.
Ideal for someone on a flat hunt or someone looking for a bridge period.
Accessibility wise there are a lot of stairs, main entrance 5 steps up, flat entrance on the first floor and the flat itself has two floors too. Lots of steps….

WITH WHO? 👦 👦
Two lovely American chaps, both working in film, Max and Noah. We all have our busy lives but there is always space for a gaming night on the PS5, watching movies or going to our favourite pub down the road, THE BEAR.

HOW MUCH? 💰
£800 all in, we have a cleaner coming in every now and then which is £20 per person. But lately we‘ve been also dividing up chores around the house. It is fairly easy to keep clean as it is not too big.
No deposit.

YOU? 🦋
Sociable and easygoing. I am looking for someone who takes care of the room and is tidy. That is a must. We‘d love someone who takes care of our home as we cherish it a lot.
