Me and my housemates are looking for 3 people to takeover our tenancy in our lovely spacious house in Brixton from 26 march!! The rent comes up to £3200, with two big rooms and one smaller room. There are 2 bathrooms and showers.

It has plenty of storage space so ideal if you are moving to London from abroad (like us!) and also comes with your own private garden which we have absolutely loved for having bbqs in the summer.

The flat is well located, between Stockwell and Brixton, a 10 min walk to both respective tube stations. Nearest local pub is the crown & anchor! There are loads of supermarkets around, including a Lidl.
