Hey! I’m Imi and I’m moving out 4/5th April.

It’s a 6 bed house so you’ll be sharing with 5 others who are all really lovely. There’s 2 bathroom and 2 kitchens situated on the ground and first floor.

My room is next to the downstairs kitchen which follows through to the bathroom and utility room with both washer and dryer. That bathroom and kitchen are only shared with two others and the showers a big walk in one.

My room was also painted white recently about 3 months ago and has outdoor space.

Location wise it’s perfect being equidistant to both Clapham North tube and Brixton (10 mins if that) and 3 mins away from big Tesco and 5 from Lidl. Which both have bus stops outside them. Plus there’s a corner shop one road behind (20 second walk) as is virtually always open.

I rent the room from a company. Couples wise I’m pretty sure they allow it but it will be for more money (il check if required).

Bills are just under £60 in winter and about £30 in summer. Tenancy ends 1st October.
