In a flat that looks like a very miniature cottage in a very quite street, 7 minutes walk from Brixton Tube Station, 3 minutes from all amenities (Brixton Market...) and 3 minutes From Brockwell Park (a splendid park ).

I am looking for a FULL TIME PROFESSIONAL IDEALLY.

I am an artist and a translator (English/French) . The flat is small and yet, very clean, definitely friendly and relax.

I am personally a very quiet individual and, ultimately, I am also very sociable, open minded and have that love and interest to listen to people.

The flat is situated in a very quiet street. It is not a party place and neither is the neighbouring but their is plenty enough entertaining 5 minutes away, in the centre of Brixton.

Please, if you show any interest in the room leave your phone number so that I can contact you. Ah, last but not the least, I do smoke but make sure that it does not smell once I finished my cigarette.

The room is well worth visiting and is, in fact, bigger than what the pictures actually show.

This flat is old style (with charism), and has all the amenities (double orthopaedic bed, double glazed windows, wooden floor, central heating...), extremely well maintained and very clean. It has a substantial thing to offer: peacefulness, at all cost and by all mean!
