We are looking for someone to share our home with. We are a gay couple and live in a pub conversion on a very friendly street in South London. The room is a large double with big windows and lots of light.

We're 5min walk from Burgess Park and 15min from Elephant & Castle station. Kennington tube is also within walking distance.

The room comes fully furnished and is bright and spacious with a bathroom right next to it. We have our own bathroom in the basement so no queues in the morning!

There is a dishwasher, separate laundry room and a private terrace for BBQs and drinks in the summer. All bills, internet and weekly cleaner are included in the rent.

We work in film/tv and mental health. We are pretty sociable and love to cook and share meals. We also have an adorable cat called Chimichurri. Ideally we would like to live with another gay man.

Due to our work patterns and the flat’s layout we wouldn’t be able to consider someone working from home regularly. The room is available from beginning of January.
