Hello!
Our names are Patri and Dan, and we are looking for a third flatmate to rent a room at our lovely 3-bed house in Denmark Hill and would start a new contract with us from the 12th March.
We are both professionals, clean and have a small well trained dog, Lilo.
The room has plenty of space, storage and an ensuite bathroom and a little balcony.
The house is very new and beautiful, it has a garden to do barbeques and a big living room and kitchen. In addition, it comes with washing machine and dryer. The location is incredible too! It is on a very quiet road (almost feels like you’re in the country side) yet very well located with Denmark Hill station only 4 minutes away with very good connections into anywhere in London. Also Peckham, Camberwell high street, East Dulwich all within 10-15 minutes walking so you will have no shortage of bars, restaurants and things to do in the area.
