The room is a nice size with ample storage space. Again the pictures just don't do it justice, it has to be seen to be truly appreciated.

The property includes all mod cons including modern remote app controlled central heating (to help with efficient energy usage).

There is also a maintenance free back garden with a huge secure garage that is used by the tenants for bikes and other personal storage.

Internet Broadband is included. All other bills water, gas and electricity are payable by tenants. Sensible energy use will mean that in the warmer months the bills should be for a full house approximately £20-£30 per month maybe rising to approximately £25 - £45 per month for each tenant in the colder months. Energy saving tips will be offered, everything is in place including advanced insulation loft and underfloor to help retain heat thus keeping energy costs down.

The minimum rental period is 3 months. The deposit amount is 1 months rent. This is a private rent so no other fees are applicable.

Only clean responsible courteous students, or professionals will be considered and strictly no crazy party animals. There is also a cleaning rota which all tenants agree to. It ensures a responsible, clean and tidy environment for all. There is a zero tolerance policy on leaving mess for others to clean up, so if you fit that description please don't apply.
