ABOUT THE ROOM AND FLAT

The room is a fully furnished double with a good amount of storage and includes: small double bed (4ft) with underbed storage drawers, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and two wall mirrors. You will also have your own private bathroom with bath and shower.

There is a shared bright living room with comfy sofa and large Smart TV. Patio doors out to a lovely communal garden. Kitchen with washing machine/dryer and all kitchenware provided. Broadband included and free parking available on site.

LOCATION

7 mins drive / 15 mins cycle / 15-20 mins bus (no. 60/61) to Warwick University. No. 9 bus to Coventry city centre, train station and UHCW. Walking distance to War Memorial Park and very near the A45 for easy access to Warwick, Leamington Spa, Birmingham etc. The postcode is CV3 6BF, if you want to plan your commute on google.

ABOUT ME

You will be sharing with me, age 32, a friendly medical student at Warwick University. This is a fairly quiet home as I have to study most evenings for my course, but I would be happy to spend some time together socialising as well if you want to.

RENT AND DEPOSIT

Rent is £460 per month, inclusive of all bills for FULL TIME STUDENTS.
Rent is £550 per month, inclusive of all bills for PROFESSIONALS (higher rate as it includes the council tax)

Deposit is one month's rent: £460 or £550 depending on which rent you would pay.

Monday to Friday lets would also be considered.
