I have one upstairs furnished double bedroom available for the next academic year. The house is occupied by two warwick medics and a masters student; we’re pretty chilled out and friendly and love meeting new people!

The house has a shared living room and kitchen, a downstairs loo and an upstairs bathroom. There’s a garden out the back and lots of on street parking. There’s a co op and a pharmacy 100m up the road and a huge sainsburys 5 min walk away.

Is a 15 min cycle or 5 min drive to uni, there lots of bus routes that go by the house too. More photos and videos available on request! Please just let me know if you have any other questions
