Two cats and myself at the property. End of terrace house. Very quiet and known as safest area in Coventry, 25 min drive to Leamington Spa and 20 min drive to Warwick. I live right next to a bus stop.

Furnished king size bedroom. Both cats don't cause damage and are very friendly. I have a washing machine and a line, large living room where you can literally have your own half if you wanted to.

I do have some requirements for the cats in that things aren't left out that they could get their paws on and harm themselves or swallow as they are young and literally play with anything. May I also ask that the cats are kept out of any rooms where windows are open and doors to the outside are kept closed as they are house cats and I live by a through road. The kitchen is a nice size with lots of cupboard space. A homey atmosphere so it's a home away from home and I would like for it to be treated as such not as a crash pad!

Ultimately, you will need to be a clean and respectful house mate and ideally a quiet person as I work a lot and need my home to be a place to relax! If you are interested please do not hesitate to contact me.
