Spacious double-room on the first floor available from July 2022. The house will be shared with a 52-year old lady, thus exclusively looking for a girl, preferably a student. The lady also has a cat.
The house is located 3 minutes away from bus stops that go either into Coventry or to Leamington Spa, passing by the University of Warwick. Co-op supermarket 5 minutes away. The area is very quite and safe.
There is parking available in front of the house, very cheap (5 pounds per year). The rent is 400 per month, including the water bill. The other bills (gas, electricity, broadband and TV) will be split with the current tenant.
