Hello, I have 1 room available (2 have been taken), in my home. for the perfect studying environment for Warwick masters students or postgrads.. I am looking for 1 female International student, who would like the opportunity of staying in luxury accommodation during their degree period, living in a home from home environment. This is a very happy warm, welcoming home for the lucky lady! I have many years experience, letting to International students, we enjoy learning about different cultures.

I am now offering double room with locking door. The room is well lit with a large study table and plenty of storage space. I only advertise for a short period of time as my rooms go quite quickly, of course to the right girls.

I am a live in landlady, whose kids have moved away and so I have the spare rooms. This is one off luxury accommodation with the house set in a beautiful, residential location in the area of Stivichall, with a huge garden, within cycling distance to Warwick uni, bus stop 2 mins walk away.

The rent includes ALL bills, high speed internet and even food. We cook every day and you would be welcome to eat with us. You will be making big savings on your food bill, and eating healthy meals in the process. You are more than welcome to cook your own food if you like. We are very hospitable and sociable people with many years of experience letting to students. who become part of our family. We are here to offer support during your time with us. Its a happy home.
