Double room in Leamington available for one month in July due to moving in with a partner. Contract runs until end of July. Landlord is selling up in August so cant extend this past July.

We come from varied backgrounds and have lots of interests outside medicine!

8 double bed house, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Good car parking space. 5 minute walk from town and 5 minute walk to bus stop (20 min bus journey to uni every 10 mins).

Most of the furniture in the room is mine, but I'm happy to negotiate for the desk and wardrobe and other bits to stay during your stay as I can collect it after the end of the tenancy.
