I am looking for someone to take over my room in a student house in Charter Avenue. its 5 minutes to Tesco, 15min walk to WBS. There is also a bus stop 3-4 min to the house. It is quite big with lots of storage space. It also has a big kitchen, lounge area and a TV, also a back garden.

- 180 pounds per week all bills included. There are 5 female, 1 male student. Landlord quickly response to any issues. You will be doing a new contract with the landlord.
