Hello, if you're looking for a furnished room with plenty of space in a friendly, professional house, for Monday to Friday let (plus some weekends) drop me a line.

Transport links are great, since we're a couple of minutes' walk from Isleworth rail station (to Waterloo) and fifteen mins walk from Osterley tube, which is on the Piccadilly line.

I'm imagining someone on contract at Sky would be an ideal candidate, since it's just up the road, but will be interested to see who gets in touch.

Most of the housemates have lived here for a long time, as the property is ideal for professionals living as a household, becasue we have a large kitchen-dining room, plus a separate living room and a spare box room on the 1st floor, for drying clothes etc.
There's also a large rear garden (side access), with a veg plot & secure shed for bikes.

The room on offer is very large (21 m2) with a bay window & is on the ground floor, so you can come and go as you please without disturbing anyone.
The 1st floor loo/bathroom is shared with the two first floor rooms (attic is en-suite), but there's a downstairs loo virtually opposite this bedroom, which serves as almost an en-suite.

I'm listing this as weekdays only, but the arrangement is very flexible, as most weekends aren't an issue, but don't want to give the impression it's a 7-day, full-time let.

All bills, council Tax, TV licence, internet etc included.
