I have a great double room in this friendly 5 bed/2 bathroom furnished house in Audley Street, RG30 1BU available from 15th February.
It benefits from being just a couple of minutes walk from Reading West train station and 15 minutes walk to Reading main station and town centre. The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer AND a dishwasher. I also provide a cleaner for the communal areas.

The room is a good size double for £570 a month and includes a desk and chair in the room.
The rent includes ALL bills and WiFi and my minimum contract term is 6 months.

All my tenants, in all my houses, are young professionals so, if you're looking for a nice sociable house share, then I should be able to help you.

I am a private landlord with over 20 years experience. I'm accredited with the National Landlord's Association and I charge NO FEES.
