I'm looking for a weekday lodger for 3 nights pw, arriving in the evening and leaving in the morning 3 days later. This is perfect for someone needing a place to lay their head in prime London location during the working week but with a main home elsewhere.

I am open to more or fewer nights, or flexible arrangements/ short-term, so please do get in touch and we’ll see if something can work for both of us.

Security deposit: 5 weeks' rent

Rent to be paid weekly on Mondays.

The room is newly painted, with high-quality furniture including:
- single bed; John Lewis mattress and wooden bed frame
- small desk, chair and desk lamp
- bedside lamp
- small wardrobe with hanging space and shelves
- bookshelf
- built-in shelving on wall above bed
- black-out curtains
- voils for privacy
- radiator

The flat is spacious, light and very clean and tidy. It is also very calm, particularly for such a central location. There is a large communal garden with chairs/table, shared with the other residents in the block.

We are walking distance from:
- Regent's Park 5 min
- Camden Town and Morning Crescent tubes 5 min
- King's Cross and Euston 20 min

I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy, quiet and considerate. You will be welcome to leave some belongings in the room on days you are not there as long as the room is usable for any guests when you're not there.

I ask that there’s no meat in the house. It's a bonus if you will be eating mainly at work or out, but if not, you are of course welcome to use the kitchen.
No guests overnight or otherwise.

I ask that you give your room a basic clean fortnightly, which takes about ten minutes.

I use a Lodgers Agreement so that terms are clear for both parties and I ask for copy of passport / ID.

Current flatmate (landlord) works in the performing arts.
