One of our flatmates is moving out to travel, so we are looking for someone to replace him from 1st November 2019 till 30th April 2020 (this is a 6 month lease but could be extended to a year). We are looking for someone that is chilled out and easy to get along with, we are looking for a guy only to keep the same dynamic as we currently have. Flat:

A three bedroom flat situation on Royal College Street in Camden (which is over the 3rd and 4th floor) with kitchen / living room, toilet and the bedroom available on the top floor, and bathroom and the 2 other bedrooms on the 3rd floor.


Room:

Double room, with large window. The room is at the back of the property and very bright. The room comes with a bed, desk, small set of draws and a wardrobe.

Flatmates:

George and I are the current flatmates. George is 22 and is a student, studying computer science, and I (James) who is also 22, I am a part one architect working in Camden. We are both social but respectful of everyone space. The flat is also kept clean and tidy.

The logistics:

The room is £650 per calendar month, all bills are included except council tax which is £59. Making it £709 per calendar month.
Location:

5 minute walk to Camden Town (Overground) station
8 minute walk to Camden tube station
10 minuet walk to Kings Cross
15 minute walk to Euston Station
There are also lots of buses around the area. We are situated in a really good area with easy connections to all parts of London. The commute into the city is around 30 minuets.
