My best friend and I have lived in this stunning flat for almost 2 years but she is now being relocated with work therefore I am in the quest to find an amazing flatmate!

I am 32 years old, young professional from Spain, have been living in London for 6 years, working business hours, with a passion for exercise, gym, yoga, long walks, brunches, cooking dinner together during the week, and enjoying the weekend out and about the city!

I am also very clean, tidy, and careful with the flat. We have a very good relationship with our landlord and have agreed to re do the contract to update with the new tenant, so all will be done in the legal means.

The house is bright with windows across the whole flat. The house is wooden floors with the exceptions of the rooms, the carpet was placed when we moved in so it is in perfect conditions. Large shared living room with an open modern kitchen w/ dishwasher. Washing and dryer machine available too.
