I’m Ruxi, a postgraduate student at LSE looking for a fellow postgraduate student to share my flat in Camden with. I have been in the flat for 2 years already and I love it, but as my flatmate is moving back home, I am looking for a new person to share it with. She is moving on the 19th of October, but we may be able to have some flexibility on move in dates. The flat is a two minute walk away from Regent’s Park and a five minute walk away from Camden Town station. It’s on a street parallel to the High Street so we get all of the fun but none of the noise. The flat is in a maisonette with two other flats, ours takes up the two upper floors. We have the living room and kitchen on the bottom floor and the bedrooms and bathroom on the top floor. We get along well with the landlord. The rent is 910 pounds a month, excluding bills. Council tax band is E.
