Hey Flatmate,

We have two fabulous large furnished bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) available in this gorgeous apartment from January 2020. We are currently one man (doctor) and one woman (TV producer/writer) in our early 30s with international backgrounds. Looking for similar minded & aged person to live with us.

As you can see from the pictures - the apartment itself is a dream! Its big, beautiful and opposite the well connected Baker Street station. There's a huge reception room to entertain friends over dinner and drinks or just to lounge in. There is also a piano if you know how to play. After our current people leave we will be one male (neurosurgeon), one male (IT consultant) and one female (TV producer) and we are looking for a professional and engaging flatmate so as to keep the energy balance in the house to occupy the third room. We are international, well-travelled, lively, busy, friendly and homely. More details below:

Chiltern Firehouse is minutes away from the flat in the heart of Marylebone Village. We are spoilt for choice on where to shop & eat locally from Marylebone High Street, Chiltern Street and Baker Street, all just a few minutes walk away.

We're are looking to share this large apartment with a fun and tidy professional, that would get involved in the life of the flat and still maintain their independence. It is a very international and welcoming living space with people of numerous nationalities having passed through our doors over the years!

The four bedroom apartment which is 1932 sq. ft and 3.08m in height, is in a secure building with its own secure entry phone.

It is on the fourth floor of a mansion block that has it's own porter, which is handy for deliveries.

The double bedroom has a ottoman (good for storage) double bed, desk and a five door fitted cupboard.

The large double reception/living area has both a 52in Plasma and 6 seated dinning table.

The large & fully equipped kitchen also has a four seated table, as well as a tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

The apartment also has

* Balconies
* Wooden floors
* Entry phone with camera
* Passenger lift
* 24-HR Porterage
* Gym
* Bike storage
