I'm after someone to replace me in this amazing 3-bedroom top-floor maisonette. Located directly opposite Camden Town tube station, this is a real oasis from the hustle and bustle of Camden. You can take advantage of the unique and ever changing view of the High Street from the beautifully lit rooftop terrace.

After 5 wonderful years here, it is with regret that I will be moving out on February 22 to be closer to work. The other housemates will also be leaving to go travelling in coming months for awhile (exact dates tbc). So there will be some housemate changes sometimes soon after you move in.

The flat is fully furnished and spread out over 2 floors. The modern kitchen is well equipped (includes a dishwasher!) and the living area is luminous and vast. The washing machine is in its own separate laundry/storage closet. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Another terrace, leading off the kitchen boasts an unobstructed view of the Camden skyline - great for sunsets! The mezzanine above the kitchen provides plenty of extra storage space. The huge living room, a real sun trap (and great on Fireworks Night!) comes with large sofa, flat screen TV, speakers and disco ball!

I hope the next housemates will have just as good a time here. The landlord has been amazing throughout and is one of the main reasons I staid here this long. If you care for the flat she will care for you.
