Hello, I am looking for a new flatmate. The room will be available from August 2019, I can be quite flexible with moving in date.

Walking distance: 4min to HydePark, 6min to Oxford Street or Marble Arch Station. Also Paddington or Edgware Road stations are very close about 10min by walk. It is a perferct location for those who work in central London.

Safe, clean house, 24/7 reception, cctv, security. Tesco, Waitrose, M&S and many other shops arround.

We are two girls from Czech Republic, student and proffesional. We both enjoy healthy life style, all kinda sports, walks in Hyde Park, good talks over a cup of coffee or glass of wine, but we also respect each other privecy :) We are both very chill and easygoing flatmates.

We are looking for someone respectfull, tidy and who would live with us in harmony. :)
