With shared fully equipped kitchen, each room has its own ensuite bathroom / shower areas. There is no communal lounge area but the kitchen has a dining table.

The walls are painted white with black out blinds on the windows, carpeted floors with central heating and secondary / double glazing.

Pay £200 as holding deposit to reserve the room, £1000 is the full deposit, the balance of the deposit £800 is payable before you move in. Also payable before you move in is the rent pro rata in advance £1450 and thereafter by the 1st of each month.
