The kitchen has a dining table to eat at.

The walls are painted white with privacy nets and black out blinds on the windows, carpeted floors with central heating and secondary / double glazing.

Freeview tv has been installed to view on a 32 inch tv screen.

To secure this room you will need to pay a holding deposit of £300. Total deposit is £1300. The balance of the deposit £1000 is payable on the day you move in before you move in. The rent is payable pro rata in advance before you move in.
