I am looking for a person to share this great flat in Kings Cross, it's a Victorian listed flat with a private and communal garden located in a quiet residential area 5 mins walk from Kings Cross St Pancras and Euston. Although Just to clarify I am not the landlord. The cost of the flat is what has been set by the landlord not me!

The current rent is £930. The rent is v competitive as surrounding rentals in the same area go for about £1200 -1500pm without bills each. Bills are internet at £15 pm, gas and electric £50pm each, water is a set price of £75 every 6 months, council tax is £65 pm. It also has fast working internet at £15pm

-It has close links to all the nearby universities (UCL and SOAS in particular) and city for work purposes.

-For socialising it's very close to Camden and is a 10 min bus ride to Hoxton and Shoreditch.

-As there is only 2 rooms in this flat (one occupied by me) and the room is a medium/large size (much bigger than what it looks like in the picture I am just bad at taking pics)

- I am looking for someone who would see this as a home but equally completely respectful of one another's space. I am a very tidy and clean person and it is very important that any prospective person shares this trait as its such a beautiful house so it's nice to keep it in good shape. I've had a lot of questions about storage so the room has a double wardrobe and an inbuilt single wardrobe; there are also 3 long shelves running along the longest wall so there's plenty of room for storage boxes and there's even an inbuilt desk. Keen to have someone nice, friendly but independent so that there is a nice atmosphere but that we aren’t in each other’s pockets.

This is a min 6 month contract with possibility to extend if we both get on. I have to travel a fair amount at the moment so it also needs to be someone that is happy to be on their own at times and can do their own thing and is trustworthy.

The move in date is 20th Sept but this is potentially flexible. Happy to share with students, more so post graduates as long as they don’t see this as a party flat, it’s v much a professional flat share. I’ve lived v successfully with Masters and PhD students who have loved the peace and quiet in the flat and the walking distance to the big universities
