Looking for a lodger for 3 nights per week from January, arriving in the evening and leaving in the morning 3 days later. Perfect for a commuter - 15-20 mins' walk from King's Cross, Euston, etc.

The room includes:
- single bed; John Lewis mattress and wooden bed frame
- small desk, chair and desk lamp
- bedside lamp
- small wardrobe with hanging space and shelves
- bookshelf
- built-in shelving on wall above bed
- black-out curtains
- voils for privacy
- radiator

The flat is spacious, light and clean and tidy. It is also very calm, particularly for such a central location. We are right by Regent's Park.

You will be welcome to leave some belongings in the room on days you are not there.

Vegetarian household. It's a bonus if you will be eating mainly at work or out, but if not, you are of course welcome to use the kitchen.
No guests overnight or otherwise.

I ask that you give your room a basic clean fortnightly, which takes about ten minutes.

I use a Lodgers Agreement so that terms are clear for both parties and I ask for copy of passport / ID, and some verification from your workplace like an email or ID.
