We are 5 students at the University of York, studying Nursing (3), Midwifery (1) and Politics(1). The house is situated in Heworth and is a 30 minute walk from the University of York. It is close to the city centre, easily accessible by foot; there is also a bus stop outside our house which provides a direct bus route into the city centre. Our house has a spacious kitchen/dining area, living room, two bathrooms and a large idealic garden. The garden has a garage which can be used for bike storage. The room advertised is a large double with beautiful views of the garden through a bay window. As a house we are very friendly and make a lot of use of the shared area. Our gorgeous home is a rare find and amazing value for money!
