A double room in a private house with its own loft living room. Shared bathroom, kitchen and enclosed garden (currently a work in progress). On road parking within 20 minutes walk of the city center and University of York Heslington campus.
Pets are welcome as long as they can get along with the two dogs already ruling the house.
The loft room is furnished with sofa, chair and desk, a flatscreen tv and a selection of retro games consoles that I just don’t have the time to use anymore. There is a separate landing area between the two rooms and the rest of the house.
there is access to Wifi, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, tassimo coffee maker and a room full of guitars if you're musically inclined.

Other than the dog based doorbell it's usually a quiet, household and most definitely not party central.
