The right person/people for us will be very clean and tidy and respect the flat as if it was their own home at all times. We expect our tenant/s to ‘clean as you go’ in addition to the requirement below to pay for 1 hour’s cleaning per week and we have housekeeping rules to adhere to which are based around adequately ventilating the space. The flat also benefits from its own entrance and you are welcome to share our garden.
We also ask for £50 per month towards bills and one hour cleaning charge per week ( price to be confirmed). One months rent will be payable front the date that you move in.
