A furnished double room will become available in my house in the Fulford area of York. I am looking for a housemate who is tidy, respectful and can call the place their home.

The house is located approximately 10 minutes from the University of York campus and 20 minutes walk from the city walls. It is also on two bus routes into town and is local to two supermarkets (Co-op and Aldi).

The room come fully furnished (king sized bed, under bed storage, built in cupboard) and housemates have full access to front and back gardens , shed (where they can store bikes), digital tv, high speed internet, fully workable kitchen, washer and loft space. Off street parking is also available. It is a friendly, quiet house in a nice neighbourhood. Previously undergrad and postgrad students have lived here as well as those working in York.

Room will be available from the 30th March. Price inclusive of all bills.
