I am looking for someone to take my license over for my beautiful Student Castle studio from mid-late March (there could be some flexibility on this if you need a slightly earlier/later date).

The Studio is on the fourth floor, in a block with a lift, overlooking the courtyard. It is a ’Studio Raven’ and has a double bed, desk, kitchen table, kitchenette, TV, lots of storage, ensuite with a lovely waterfall shower and wifi.

Student Castle has great facilities - there’s a laundry room, a great communal space where I often work and chill with friends (and there’s also a TV, football table, pool table and table tennis table in this space), a well-equipped gym, car parking (subject to availability and at a small extra cost to be booked with Student Castle centrally), bike storage, bikes you can borrow, 24/7 security so you always feel very safe, cleaning (which can again easily be booked at a small extra cost) and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. It’s also in a fab location, being in town but also only a 20 minute walk on to campus and has four different bus stops right outside.

It’s a well looked after studio and I’ve been incredibly happy there!
