Looking for someone to take over my student let double room. Tenancy due to end 2nd July 2021.

You’d be the 4th person living with 3 lovely easy going girls who are going into third year in a house in Badger Hill area.

£110 a week bills included
Close to the university of York.
10-15 minute walk from campus.
5 minute walk to a 66 bus stop to town.
Close to the local convenience store.
£300 deposit which is refunded when tenancy ends, if no damage/ breakages to room.

Rent is paid quarterly.
Room isn’t available until end of October start of November. Therefore, rent will need to be reimbursed to myself from your move in date.
