Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for this academic year (2021/2022). You would be living in a four bedroom house currently with 2 girls and 1 guy all very friendly and welcoming.

The room available is located on the ground floor and is a very large spacial room, it has a double bed, lats of storage space (even under the bed storage), a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a large desk with a computer chair. The property has a spacious kitchen, back garden with a table/chairs, a bike shed and large driveway with enough space to fit two cars on!
It is also has a bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower.
The rent is 119 per week all bills included!!
There are also lots of takeaways and corner shops located down the road, with a Spar shop just opposite the house. The bus stop for the number 6 bus to get to York St John University and town is less than a 5 min walk away from the house. It is very easy and accessible to walk into the city centre too. University of York is about a 10 minutes walk, to the city centre is approximately 20 mins and to York St John University about 25 mins.
