This room has a comfortable double bed, a table with chair for study / work, a mirror, shelves and a cupboard.
The house has 5 other rooms with students from uni York who are very warm, welcoming and social. There's tons of storage space in this house.
The kitchen is very spacious and has pots pans and cutlery that can be shared. There are 4 fridges/freezers in total. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, grill, 6 induction tops, a toaster and kettle too. You do get beautiful sunset views from the kitchen window most evenings.
There are two shared bathrooms with toilets.
The best part of the house is the conservatory, where you can have a nice morning breakfast with the sunlight streaming in or work while having your lunch or lounge on the couch with a book and some tea!
There's also a common living room with TV and couches.
There is a good heating system in place and water supply too.
There is an outdoor garage that's perfect for storing bikes.
There's a park just next to the house. Two bus stops just a minutes walk away.
Uni York is just a 10 minute walk away.
Easy bus route into town or a nice walk if you'd prefer that.
It's a very comfortable house to live in, my current housemates are lovely people, easy to get along with.
Rent is £520 pcm, deposit of £375
I'm moving out (with a heavy heart) due to personal reasons and need a replacement ASAP.
