I am Looking for a person who can move into a Band4 room at Anne Lister College (Located on the Uni of York campus East) from 1st May to 12 September 2022 (The date of moving in can be changed.).
The price is £155 per week, all bills included.
The house has 6 private rooms, sharing only the kitchen and the living room. There is also a TV in the living room.
The private room has a double bed, a desk, a private bathroom.

Common areas in the accommodation include a garden, study area, billiard and table tennis tables and vending machines etc. Residents can also take part in events organised by the College (e. g. free brunch and bingo).
