Hi,

I live in a 2 bedroom flat in Fulford Place. I am looking to rent the spare room which is a decent sized double (3. 3m x 3. 2m) with a built in wardrobe. I have the En-suit currently but there is a separate main bathroom to go with the room. I'm clean and tidy so would be looking for the same. I'm currently working from home Monday to Friday so will be in most of the time during lockdowns.

The flat is less than a 5 minute walk to Sainsbury's Aldi and Iceland as well as Rowntree park. Town is a 20 minute walk or 5-10 min bike ride. There is also off street parking available if required.

I'm laid back & easy to get on with. I have the usual interests - Socialising, Netflix, Cooking, Music & keeping myself active.

I would prefer short term lets but will consider longer lets.
