I’m hoping to move out and need someone to replace me from the date I move out (mid April) until the end of the tenancy (July 31st). It’s a double room with wardrobe, drawers, desk and nightstand, located just off hull road, kitchen was refitted in 2018 so is nice and smart, there’s a shared living area but no tv license but has hdmi ports so could laptop or firestick(or similar device) to watch whatever you want. WiFi is £9 a month, water is usually around £11-12 a month, and electricity and gas is on prepayment meters so you pay for what you use. I’m looking to move out in 2 weeks time so April 15th until July 31st. Thanks.
