Please note this room is for people who need only a short temporary room whilst searching for longer stays. Or for people who need just a couple of nights/weeks.

I have written one month as the maximum duration, since there is not an option to mention shorter periods, but in fact I prefer renting out the room for one-two weeks at a time in order to have space for my friends etc.

The room is bright with lovely light coming in through windows and large with lots of desk space, a large wooden bookshelf, and a single bed. There is no build-in closet, but another set of drawers for clothing and a rail to hang clothes.

The house is in a lovely neighborhood. Modern, new shower/bathroom that you will have mostly to yourself, extra guest toilet, lovely kitchen, and garden are shared spaces for you to use.

I keep the place tidy and neat and like things to be tranquil at home and would appreciate a housemate who does the same.

You'll be sharing with me and a small kid, so you'll need to have some liking for kids and be respectful of our rhythm i. e. peaceful/quiet home after child bedtime.

I have a busy lifestyle and enjoy doing my own thing or spending quality time with my kid, but sometimes up for a friendly chat.
