Looking for a potential replacement tenant who can occupy my current accommodation provided by the University of York.

Located on 1st floor of flat Donald Baron Court (Vanbrugh College), it is a Band 3 ensuite room with a very spacious kitchen. The kitchen is shared between 10-12 students but it's a considerably quiet flat.

Very close to the 66 bus stop, the Vanbrugh reception, a washer and dryer room, and a variety of supermarkets including the on-campus Nisa.

If you choose to go ahead with this room, I will submit your details to the UoY Accommodation Services who will confirm your suitability before you replace my tenancy.
