Lovely Double room available in our 3 bed flat - 5 minutes walk to Upper Holloway Station and less than 10min walk to Archway Station.

In a lovely area and walking distance to Hampstead Heath and the ponds, Kentish Town and Camden Market!

The room has a queen size bed, a built-in closet, a big chest of drawers, small table, a desk and chair. There is also some free storage room around the house.

A spacious kitchen fully equipped, with kettle, toaster, blender, juicer, oven, big fridge with lots of space, and table big enough to fit 4-6 people. We don’t use microwave in the house.

We have a very big and lovely garden which is shared with one other household but to be honest they barely use it. There is a small private patio in the garden, just outside our living room where there are 2 bbqs for the sunny days! We love having bbq and music jams with friends and with summer around the corner is the perfect time to make full use of it.

There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a separated toilet.

A garage with space to put your bikes. There are 2 bikes in the house which you’re welcome to use for a deposit of £90.

The neighbourhood is safe and the neighbours are lovely and we never had any problem when having friends over and doing bbqs, etc.

We are currently doing a 4 month minimum/rolling contract.

You will be sharing with us, Agostina & William (the tenants) and Rivenia

Agos is in her mid 20s, she is an artist and photographer and a vintage lover. She is up for anything creative, going to museums, exhibitions, gigs.

Will is in his late 20s, he is a musician, plays guitar and sings. He is very passionate about blues and jazz and is always up for a good chat!

Riv is a student in her early 30s and is a very easy going and lovely flatmate. She is into exploring the city and making good food!

We are looking for someone easy-going and respectful of other people's spaces but social at the same time. Someone who can become a friend and with whom we can enjoy going for the odd drink or making plans.
Someone clean and tidy. We don't like drama and are looking for someone mature enough to don't create it, someone who's in the same vibe as us :)
A laid back person, someone creative, on the hippier side, open minded, an artist of some sorts.
Someone who isn’t paranoid about covid and ideally unvaccinated or who respects human rights and other people’s choices, not a clean freak who could have a breakdown when the house isn’t spotless.

In the video you can see a living room but that isn't available anymore, as we were travelling but have now come back and set up our bedroom there.

As our bedroom is the biggest, some weekends we are up for having dinner and drinks with friends there and movie nights with a projector and would like someone who will be up for joining occasionally.

Room is available to move anytime in April and includes all bills.
