Large room in the flat! Our friend is moving out so we’re looking for someone to take her room. We’re right in the heart of archway, 7 min walk to the station and 1 min to the overground. We have a dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer - on street rubbish daily collection. We also have a balcony! Can send vids onWhatsApp!

Our bills currently come to around £80 a month ( council tax, water & WiFi ) we have electricity but the landlord is paying that for now.

For full transparency The room split is 900, 750, 730 - the two other rooms are much smaller than this one.

We’d love for someone who’s looking to join the group rather than just being a housemate - we love a few drinks on a Friday night & go to the gym together a couple nights of nights too. We’re two Tidy girls, not OCD - sometimes there might be a plate on the side over night if the dishwasher is full but will always be gone by the morning!
