- The room

We have a beautiful room on the first floor available from mid-August! The room is furnished with a bed and has a built in wardrobe. The room has two large windows so it gets plenty of natural light.

- The house

The house is large, bright, and spans three floors. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen/lounge area, and a garden. There is plenty of natural light on all floors, and there is a brand new floor in the kitchen/lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine with an integrated tumble dryer). There is also space for storage.

Both bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub (they are separate in the larger bathroom).

There is one bedroom on the ground floor, one on the middle floor, and two on the top floor.

- The flatmates

There are three of us - one is a photographer and the other two are software engineers.

- The house culture

All of us enjoy relaxing evening chats, movie nights, and good food (so unusual, right?). Sometimes we spend time together, and sometimes each of us is doing their own thing. We all want to make sure that each of us feels at home; we value inclusivity, listening, and finding what works for everyone.

- The agency

We are very lucky to have a very responsive and responsible agency. One of us has rented in London for the last 10 years, and this is their best agency experience so far.

- The area

The house is situated in a quiet, residential area. There are a few corner shops very close-by, a bar with live jazz music, a couple of trendy cafés, and a number of organic/vegan food shops. There is an amazing gym (the Factory Fitness and Dance Centre) 5min walk away, with dance, yoga and spinning classes happening regularly.

The house is located between Finsbury Park (20min walk) and Archway (12min walk) stations, 8 min walk from Upper Holloway Overground and 3min walk from the bus station (routes 91 and 210).
