I have a small double bedroom available in my Montpelier flat.

The room is on the smaller side with a small double bed, and this is reflected in the price (which includes all bills!). However, there is lots of storage space both within the room and in the rest of the flat. The flat itself is 2-bed, with a storage cupboard, large open space living area and kitchen, bathroom with bath and all amenities. There is a private car parking space which I use for my car. There is however also lots of on-street parking with a Montpelier parking permit. There is also bike storage space in the communal hallway.

A bit about me - I'm 31 y/o and work full time as a physiotherapist. I love keeping fit, going running, to the gym, and climbing. I also enjoy hiking and generally being outdoors. I love cooking and am a vegetarian. As well as a student I'm also a yoga teacher and am into yoga and meditation. I still like the odd party, festival and going out but that's a lot less these days and tend to prefer nights in much more now! I'm looking for someone likeminded I can live with who is up for the odd pub trip but not going to be coming home at 4am on the regular.

Females preferred min age 26. Students (mature, phd etc) welcome as well as professionals.
Room is available from January onwards and I can be relatively flexible on move in dates.
