Hi! We are a group of five UWE students with two spare rooms in our newly renovated house with Missiato Estates. We are looking for sociable flatmates, who enjoy quiet time but want to hang out together in the house. Some of us enjoy the odd night out but we aren't a party house and appreciate the house being a chill space.

The house is based on Bonnington Walk, Lockleaze, which is a 15-20 min walk or 5-10 min easy route onto Frenchay campus. Bus 24 goes directly outside the house, and Filton avenue buses just a short walk away.

The five of us have been living here for 2 months now but still on the lookout for two more flatmates. Property is rented by the room and all doors have combination locks (so we can't get in to take photos, but both rooms are ground floor, small doubles, with a side table, small desk and wardrobe). Viewings would be arranged directly with misstato, and the link with better photos we can give you if you seem a good fit (as photos here is from original viewing video).

Current house is 2 girls, 3 guys (so it'd be nice to even it out a bit with another girl, but not overly fussed) aged 21-25. We are all third year students at UWE.

Rent is £650 inc all bills!
