In just three minutes, you can be wandering through beautiful woodland with a river running through it—whether it’s Stoke Park Estate or Snuff Mills.

Here's a few words from the man himself:
Hello, my name's Ostins. ! work broadly as a self employed carpenter. Wooden boat building is my preferred job, but I dip in and out.

Either way, I'm up and out the house from 7am until 5pm on weekdays. Being midwinter, I'm currently in hibernation mode, so I'm in most evenings, cooking, reading, general pottering.

I care about things being clean and tidy. I like to leave the kitchen spotless for the next person, and likewise, I like to find it that way too. Of course, we all have our off-days, but generally I try to make kitchen and bathroom cleanliness the norm, rather than the treat.

I like meeting new folk, so I enjoy having people over for dinner, or just generally dropping by.

I'm a keen cold water swimmer, and when the months get lighter, I enjoy cycling around the city and being sociable. It would be ideal to find a housemate who I can develop a friendship with outside the flat as well as at home.

Every 8 weeks I go to Cornwall for a week to care for my dear old Dad, so you'll have the place to yourself at those times.
