A friendly and peaceful environment within a Christian Family offers a double room for a lodger who needs a quiet place to live. The kitchen, lounge, shower, and bathroom are shared. We are open, respectful and friendly. Someone of good character and communication will be ideal—no smoking inside the house. Broadband is freely available, but if required for business purposes, a separate personal arrangement will be okay to avoid any possible interference. Responsibility concerning energy and water usage applies to all tenants for our benefit. The deposit paid is refundable and payable within one month of leaving the property, less deductions for arrears if it applies. Viewing is available by arrangement.
